We started ProspectPulse with one goal:

To help businesses grow through honest, data-backed digital strategies.

But more than that, we wanted to build a company where:

🌱 Our Story: From Bilaspur to a Borderless Team

ProspectPulse was founded in 2025 in Bilaspur, Chhattisgarh — a city not often associated with startups or digital agencies. But that’s exactly why we started here. We believed that you don’t have to be in a big metro to create big impact.

With just a couple of laptops and a lot of caffeine, we began building websites, creating and delivering webinars, and optimizing SEO for local businesses. Today, we are ready to work with multiple small business units — all while remaining 100% remote.

Being remote isn't just about skipping the commute. It’s about rethinking how work happens.

Here’s how we work:

• Daily async check-ins using Notion & Slack
• Weekly strategy calls with clear agendas
• Transparent KPIs and goal tracking
• Monthly virtual hangouts (games, quizzes, open mic nights)

We trust our team to manage their own schedules and deliver results — no micromanagement, no rigid 9-to-5s. We hire engineers and school kids, who don’t need micro management.
